Programme Engagements

The core Sequoralab offer is designed for organisations running cohorts of research teams or deep tech founders.

Each engagement is structured around three components — workshop facilitation, 1:1 coaching sessions, and dedicated preparation — and can be delivered as a standalone intervention or as a recurring module within a longer programme.

The Impact Innovation Canvas sits at the centre of every engagement, giving cohort teams a shared framework and language for front-end innovation work.

1:1 Coaching for Researchers & Founders

For individual researchers, scientific founders, or deep tech entrepreneurs who want focused strategic coaching outside of a programme context.

Sessions are structured around the Impact Innovation Canvas — working through problem framing, stakeholder mapping, value proposition, and market logic in a way that’s grounded in your specific research context.

What a 1:1 engagement covers:

Diagnosing where your thinking is stuck or incomplete
Building a clear value logic connecting your research to real-world need
Preparing for TTO conversations, investor meetings, or funding applications
