Every Sequoralab programme engagement is structured around three components:
Workshop Session A half-day facilitated session using the Impact Innovation Canvas — run with a cohort of research teams or founders. Structured, fast-paced, and designed to produce real outputs, not just ideas.
1:1 Coaching Sessions Individual follow-up sessions with teams or founders coming out of the workshop. Deeper problem framing, assumption testing, and strategic input tailored to each team’s specific context.
Preparation & Design Every engagement includes dedicated preparation time — designing the session around your cohort, your programme goals, and the stage your teams are at.
This structure is available as a standalone engagement or as a recurring module within a longer programme.
